ActiveDogs Aluminum 36" L x 24" W x 28" H Dog Crate - Single Door Full Ventilation, Chew-Proof, Recessed Handles, Locking Door w/ 1 Key

The full ventilation of our Aluminum Dog Crate design permits excellent air movement on all sides to keep a dog cool - a great feature for dogs that remain in the crate for longer periods of time. The top and bottom of the ActiveDogs crate and the door are polished, 1/8" thick diamond plate, tread-bright aluminum. The spacing between the bars is approx. 2".The door is double reinforced and features a locking door latch with one key. The door can be latched with or without locking it. Each side panel of the dog crate has two recessed handles that are spring-loaded and stay flush with the side of the crate when not in use. These handles make carrying the crate safe because you do not have to put your hands in through the bars to move the crate. There is a welded bar inside the crate side wall to hang a flat sided pail (sold separately), which prevents the dog from easily tipping over its water.There is a 1" lip/edge around the inside of the bottom of the crate, so if your dog gets sick or has an accident while traveling, the liquids are contained inside of the crate for easier clean up. Aluminum is a perfect material for dog crates because it is lightweight, strong, does not rust, and does not absorb the sun's heat. We use the TIG welding process for all of our aluminum welding because it provides the strongest aluminum weld.
