Measure around the widest part of the arm or leg the elastic bandage is intended to cover - be sure to include any wound coverings in your measurement to ensure the KinGrip bandage is not too tight. KinGrip bandages offer a two-way stretch. If sized correctly the bandage should fit snug but not too tight. For less compression and a looser fit, size up.
