Mitsubishi 18,000 BTU Commercial Wall Mounted Single Zone Cooling Only System (PKA-A18LA.TH & PUY-A18NKA7)

Mitsubishi's commercial 18,000 BTU 19.8 SEER wall mounted single zone cooling only system (PKA-A18LA & PUZ-A18NKA7(-BS*)) is part of Mitsubishi's P-series. This single zone unit is perfect for server rooms, electrical rooms, elevator machine rooms, and other business and commercial applications where you need cooling 365 days a year. 

This 18,000 BTU wall mounted single cooling only system provides low ambient cooling down to -40˚Fahrenheit providing 100% capacity (with wind baffles), and can cool continuously for 24 hours in the harshest conditions. 

For proper installation, plan for:

1. Line Set - When hooking up indoor units to the PKA-A18LA & PUY-A18NKA7 you'll need a 1/4" & 1/2' line-set kit. Our line-sets kits come in different lengths; however, you can cut all the materials to fit your specifications.
2. Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The disconnect & whip kit  provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your electrical line.
3. Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad (Optional) - This pad provides an even surface, free of debris, on which to place your outdoor condenser.  
4. Outdoor Condenser Bracket (Optional) -     This bracket provides an even surface, off the ground, on which to place your outdoor condenser. This bracket can handle up to 300 or 500 lbs and is great way to mount your outdoor unit.
