Sika flex-111 Stick & Seal White is a one-component, solvent-free, elastic adhesive and sealant for many building materials for indoor and outdoor use. In a dry to moderately humid climate, it can withstand temperatures from -40 to +80 °C. With the help of a standard cartridge gun, the sealant can be conveniently filled into the appropriately prepared joints. With sufficient air and ground moisture, it hardens quickly. The adhesive is designed so that surfaces of insulation materials such as XPS and polystyrene are not affected.
